Many different ventilated facades are presented today on the Russian market, as well as great variety of facing materials for them.

So, what do you have to know to make the right choice?

1. One of the most important criteria is the PRICE

Pricing policy of  "Newton Systems" is the so called "happy medium" - maximum reliability at a minimum price. In case of a combined variant the price of our products is comparable with the one of expensive galvanized facades and is considerably cheaper than the one of many aluminum systems.

2. Constructive advantages of Newton Systems facades

The most important element of all hinged ventilated facade systems is the supporting bracket. Its higher reliability and its correct transfer of weight and wind load onto the anchor lead to longer period of operation of the building without repair, as well to higher quality of the external view of the façade.

So, what are the main advantages of the supporting brackets and of the whole Newton Systems facade in comparison with the most of the other supporting brackets and facades?

  • Newton Systems supporting bracket guarantees correct mounting technology, excludes clogging of the anchor, which can easily happen with other supporting brackets.

In case of these supporting brackets clogging of the anchor is possible, which is a violation of the mounting technology

  • For higher reliability and in order to avoid sagging of the system within time (within the next 2-3 years) in result of rotation of the bracket around the axle of the anchor, we decided not to use the cheap but unsafe L-shape (see Picture 2).

   The ideal case of anchor operation is the work for extraction. Our product is most possibly close to this (see Picture 3).

This is effected in result of the unique shape of the supporting bracket and pointed welding (which is not allowed in case of aluminum and galvanised material). Reliability of the pointed welding is confirmed in the course of tests conducted in ZAO "Institute "Composit test" in Korolyov town. In result of the test it was confirmed that no bracket can be destroyed in the place of welding (breaking point of the bracket section comes faster).

3. The following constructional advantages directly depend on the material of the system:

  • It is 3 times stronger than aluminum alloy - the carrying capacity of the facade is thus higher.
  • Thermal deformations are 2.5 less that aluminum alloys - so there is no need to pay for avoiding the deformations and to use rustics 8-10 mm wide.
  • Melting temperature is 3 times higher than of the extruded aluminum - 1800° С - so, it is guaranteed that the facade will not destroy in case of fire.
  • It is frozen through 5.5 times less than aluminum alloy, so the cost of protection against cold is less.
  • Is much more efficient against corrosion in comparison with the galvanized metal - the period without repair is longer.
  • Is more constructive and practical in mounting in comparison with any kind of galvanized systems - stainless steel may be welded.
