We think that only stainless steel may be used for hinged ventilated facades. All other materials are temporary compromises.

Advantages:

  • It is 3 times stronger than aluminum alloy - the carrying capacity of the facade is thus higher.
  • Thermal deformations are 2.5 less that of aluminum alloys - so there is no need to pay for avoiding the deformations and to use rustics 8-10 mm wide.
  • Melting temperature is 3 times higher than of the extruded aluminum - 1800° С - so, it is guaranteed that the facade will not be destroyed in case of fire.
  • It gets frozen through 5.5 times less than aluminum alloy, so the cost of protection against cold is less.
  • Is much more efficient against corrosion in comparison with the galvanized metal - the period without repair is longer.
  • Is more constructive and practical in mounting in comparison with any kind of galvanized systems - stainless steel may be welded.

There are enough advantages - you choose the material for your facade!
